Training Installation & Support

All computers are covered by a one years "on site" warranty for both parts and labour.  Maintenance contract is available for those clients who require a longer term guarantee.  Prices include delivery and installation to your premises.  The printers are covered under the standard manufacturers guarantee.

A Hotline Support Service 7 days a week is available free of charge to offer advice and assist our customers.  Training both on our premises and at our customers place of work is available upon request at moderate charges.   A wide variety of subjects and software products are covered at various levels of expertise from beginners, to advanced users.  Please contact  Jon with your requirements.

We are able to offer repairs and upgrade all makes of computers,  This includes the provision of larger hard disks, back up drives, Faster processors, Multimedia with high speed  DVD dual layer rewriters various makes of Sound cards, larger screens, more powerful graphics accelerators, etc. etc. These upgrades may be carried out in our own workshops or on your premises,  We are able to network computers using Novell,  Windows XP, Vista and Unix based solutions.   Please contact Jon Newson for details and to arrange a quotation.
